Paying rent is simple on Flatties! You'll pay directly to the landlord (the person renting the room) each week. It's a good idea to set up an automatic payment through your bank to ensure you never miss a due date. Just agree on the payment method with your landlord—whether it's a bank transfer, cash, or something else—and keep track of your payments to stay organized!

When it's time to pay your bond, you'll also pay this directly to the landlord. Discuss the amount and payment method with them to ensure everything is clear. Setting up an automatic payment through your bank for the bond can also help you manage your finances more easily. Just remember to keep a record of your bond payment for both your and the landlord's peace of mind.
