The room is furnished with a double-size bed, shelves, and spacious closet. The bathroom has direct access from the bedroom. MUST BE friendly, sociable, tidy, considerate, and drama-free! Clean, organized, and pay your bills on time! We are a gay couple renting out the room, from Mexico and California. And we speak Spanish. ¡Si hablamos español! Our place is close to everything… Supermarket, many buses lines, to go everywhere. 3 streets from Queen Street, and 2 streets from Ponsonby Road. Cafes, restaurants, small shops, a neighborhood with a lot of vibes. Apartment building has a pool 🏊, gym 🏋️, and steam room 🛀🧘. Rent is a good deal 💵 for the area: $310 x week 💰 + $30 expenses per week 🧾 Including water, electricity, and super fast internet as I know we are all hardworking WiFi-holics. Move-in deposit: $1240.
