We respect quiet hours after 10 PM on weeknights to make it easy for those who need to study or just get a good night's rest. There’s a straightforward cleaning roster to share the chores evenly, so no one feels overwhelmed. We’re fine with having guests over, but a quick heads-up if you're inviting more than a couple of people is appreciated. Rent and utilities are paid weekly, and we like to keep that on schedule to avoid any stress.
