Room in Ilam, Christchurch

The room is large enough for big bed and large desk and gets great afternoon sun! The House has 7 rooms but will mostly 4 or 5 people over the summer including yourself. The other flat mates are either working or doing post graduate study and super friendly and easy going. We have a cool balcony that overlooks the Ilam stream perfect for summer. The bathroom across from room has a large spa bath.
