✨ Hey all! ✨ We're looking to sublet the sunny master bedroom in our flat while our flatties are away. The room will be avaliable from mid November - late January/ early February (very flexible on start & end dates) The room has a walk-in wardrobe with ample storage, an ensuite and gets lots of light round the clock plus all the afternoon sun 🌞. There are also two off street parks available if needed. The room can come unfurnished or partly furnished depending on your needs! We are a stones throw away from St Luke’s mall, all the amazing food Dominion Rd and Sandringham shops have to offer 🍜, easy motorway access and plenty of bus stops around. We're ideally looking for a couple, but are open to singles. You’ll be living with 3 lovely gals aged 27-30. We're all pretty busy during the week but love to hang out when we’re all home, so looking for people to fit that vibe.
